This morning, I whipped up a batch of Cellar Hole Granola from a recipe on Apartment Therapy. The recipe is low in fat, not overly sweet, and super-easy; the most difficult thing was trying to remember how to soften brown sugar that turned bricklike.
I substituted dried cherries for the raisins, seeing as how I’m addicted to dried cherries lately. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to the letter. I may have to make another batch before the weekend is over.
